Wednesday on The Chad Hasty Show, Hasty talked about Texas House of Representatives Speaker Joe Straus' opinion on possible the consequences of the controversial "Bathroom Bill" results as reported in The New Yorker.

Straus apparently believes that the bill will result in people committing suicide as a result of discrimination stemming from the new law.

During his analysis of the article and Straus' opinions on the matter, Hasty said,

He's pandering to The New Yorker, of all places! You're pandering to The New Yorker and you're pandering to the LGBT crowd because you can't come up with an actual good reason why you don't support the "bathroom Bill"? And that's what it's all about. He can't come up with one good reason.
