Should Lubbock Spend $500,000 for a Dog Park? [POLL]

The Citizen Advisory Committee recommended to the Lubbock City Council a $134 million dollar bond election. That money would cover streets, a police station, and much more. $500,000 of that money would be dedicated to one new dog park near Mackenzie Park.
