Should Lubbock Have a Cell Phone Ban? [POLL]

The Lubbock City Council is once again considering banning drivers from using their cell phones while driving. Over the weekend Mayor Glen Robertson took to Facebook in order to get feedback from citizens. It appears as though the Lubbock City Council could ban just texting while driving or ban being on a cell phone all together. This is what the Mayor asked citizens on Facebook:

The subject of banning texting while driving is starting to be discussed. What are your feelings about a possible city wide ban on texting while driving as well as a possible ban on cell phone usage while driving without a hands free device. I would like to here both sides discussed at length and encourage your comments.
