Monday on The Chad Hasty Show, Scott Braddock, editor of Quorum Report joined the show to discuss the latest news and events in politics.

Braddock and Hasty talked about Kanye West's Sunday appearance with Joel Osteen at Houston's Lakewood Church, Representative Alfonso Nevárez's cocaine scandal, the delay in disclosing news of the incident to the public, and the clamor to replace him as Chairman of the House's Homeland Security and Public Safety Committee, as well as Democratic candidates for the White House, and much more.

During the discussion regarding Representative Nevárez, Braddock said,

I think there's going to be more questions asked about why that [news] didn't come out sooner. Two months seems like a long time for that to, have sort of simmered. I think you or I would have been in the county lock-up. And by the way, it was enough cocaine in his possession to be considered by the state [as] enough cocaine to to show an intent to distribute the cocaine. That is a very serious charge, [that] I believe carries up to ten years in prison.
