A Lubbock woman has been arrested after it's said that she tried to hit multiple people with her car.

KAMC News reports that the victims were in the garage of a home in the 3100 block of 111th Street on Thursday, December 1st. At some point, 50-year-old Elizabeth Flores Fales got into a verbal argument with her boyfriend.

Afterwards, it's said that Fales drove her vehicle towards the group of people in an attempt to run into them. Fales' boyfriend and the others at the scene said that they feared being seriously injured.

Reports say that Fales tried to flee the scene when officers arrived, but she was ordered to get out of her vehicle. She complied and officers noticed that the front of the vehicle was damaged.

Fales was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault. She has since been released from the Lubbock County Detention Center on bond.
