Rep. Frullo: Human Trafficking, TTU Vet School Priorities In Texas Legislature [INTERVIEW]

About the importance of immediate action on human trafficking, Frullo said,
People know that it's happening all over, it happens in lubbock...Twenty percent of the people trafficked in the United States go through Texas, so it's a big deal for us.
