Rate the Job Performance of the Lubbock City Council [POLL]

Every now and then we like to find out from you just how happy you are with the Lubbock City Council. Recently, the Lubbock City Council passed an ordinance that banned synthetic drugs in Lubbock. The ordinance hasn't been without controversy though. The council is also preparing for what could be a bond election in 2014.
