Patrick Svitek Says Bathroom, Property Tax Issues Still Priorities For Texas [INTERVIEW]

Friday on The Chad Hasty Show, Patrick Svitek from the Texas Tribune joined the show to discuss the status of issues still being debated in Austin, including the "bathroom bill" and property tax reform, as well as a possible special session looming for the 85th Texas Legislature.

When asked by Hasty if he still believes that Lt. Gov Dan Patrick still views the bathroom bill as a priority, Svitek answered,

He has continued to make clear that he views the bathroom issue and property taxes as a priority, but at least in the interviews that I've seen, he seems to be playing up the property tax issue a little more than the bathroom issue.
