In the early morning hours of Friday, May 28th, one person in Lubbock ended up getting shot over owing money to the shooter.

KAMC News reports that 2 suspects had entered an unidentified woman's apartment at the Park Apartments in the 5700 block of 50th Street. The suspects demanded money, and the woman gave them all she had, which wasn't enough for the suspects.

The victim was taken by 2 of their friends to the EMS station located at 5503 Marsha Sharp Freeway. At the time, the victim was noted to have serious injuries, but their current condition is unknown.

Police said that both suspects at the scene ran away and have not yet been found. No description for either has been provided.
