Earlier this month on February 11, a woman walked into Joel Osteen's Lakewood Church and opened fire. The gunfire that erupted that day and the shootout with police last roughly four minutes. Now weeks later, the general public is seeing the frantic and terrifying moments inside the church.

The video embedded below shows multiple views from multiple security cameras and bodycam footage from police. The video shows 36 year old Gennesse Moreno walk into the church with her 7-year-old son who at one point is seen hiding behind a wall covering his ears. Later in the video he is show laying on the floor after being shot and wounded. Moreno was shot and killed by police. According to KSAT News, Houston Police have not said who shot the 7-year-old, but he is recovering.

Video shows people inside the church acting as they would any other Sunday until the gunshots rang out. KSAT reported that in one video that you will see below, off-duty officers could be seen running towards the shooting.

Off-duty police officers, crouching with handguns out, could be seen as they ran toward the sound of shots being fired.

As one officer moved toward the gunshots with another officer, she said, “We need to approach. Father God, just be with us. Forgive us our sins.”

In the video footage, gunshots could be heard ringing throughout the church building as officers closed in on the source of the shooting.

Below is the video released by the Houston Police Department. Images of those wounded are blurred in the video. The video starts with a statement and then about 2 1/2 minutes in, you begin seeing security footage.
