A low-cost spay and neuter clinic is scheduled to open in Lubbock on June 1, 2020. The P.E.T.S. Clinic offers dog spay and neutering for $60 and $35 to $45 for cats.

Executive Director for P.E.T.S. Clinic, Angie Skinner, tells KAMC News the company targets pet owners in low income neighborhoods who might normally not be able to afford the service.

Potential customers can start scheduling appointments as soon as Friday, May 29, at the P.E.T.S. Clinic website. For the time being, in-person appointments will require customers to wear a mask.

The P.E.T.S. Clinic currently has locations in Lubbock, Amarillo, Graham, and Wichita Falls.
