Michael Massengale On Judicial Activism [INTERVIEW]

With election day fast approaching, Justice Michael Massengale joined The Chad Hasty Show to talk about his bid for Texas Supreme Court Place 3.

Massengale talked about the Supreme Court position, the court's duties and what effects it has on Texas.

Speaking about why this race is important to the voters in Texas, Massengale said,

We have the opportunity in this race to replace a person who has a record of judicial activism with me, Michael Massengale, a proven constitutional conservative.

February 16, 2016 early voting begins, and Election Day is March 1.
