Matt Mackowiak Doubts More Gun Control Will Be Implemented

On Monday's edition of The Chad Hasty Show, Washington Times columnist and political analyst Matt Mackowiak joined the broadcast to talk about current events and news in the nation and the state of Texas.

Mackowiak and Hasty discussed the continued calls for gun control measures in the wake of the school murders in Parkland Florida. About the din over that issue, Mackowiak said,

There's a reason the Democrats did not take sweeping gun control votes when they had control of Congress in 2009.
