Mark McBrayer Talks About Judge Responsibilities [INTERVIEW]

Thursday on The Chad Hasty Show, Mark McBrayer, candidate for Judge on the 99th District Court joined Chad in the KFYO studio to talk about his background, philosophy, and reasons why he is seeking the position.

While discussing a judge's responsibilities, McBrayer said,

The judge is there, and understands his role, is to protect the citizens' God-given and constitutionally guaranteed rights, and to make sure the law is applied as written, not as the judge would prefer it to have been written, and to make sure that the parties before the court are treated fairly, and with respect.
