3 men were arrested on Friday, September 24th after Lubbock Police received reports of a man being tied up inside of an apartment.

KAMC News reports that the call came in around 6 p.m. from the 1600 block of 59th Street.

Officers arrived at the apartment in question and ordered whoever was inside to come out, as they noticed the window being quickly shut as they arrived. 4 men exited the apartment, 1 of which was bleeding from the head. That man apparently gave a story that officers didn't believe, so he told them what really happened.

The man, who wasn't identified in news reports, said that he'd been there for 3 days against his will. Apparently he was jumped by the other 3 men, identified now as Jamie Garcia, Aniseto Olivarez Jr. and Romando Richard Martinez. This assault was said to have been over the keys to the victim's minivan.

Police said that the 3 suspects knowingly abducted the victim with intent to inflict bodily injury and to terrorize him.

Garcia, Olivarez and Martinez were all charged with aggravated robbery and aggravated kidnapping. Garcia and Olivarez were also charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, while Martinez was charged with unlawful carrying of a weapon.
