Man Found Dead After Shots Fired in Central Lubbock

On Thursday, April 7, Lubbock police responded to a shooting in Central Lubbock. According to a police report, shots were reported at about 9:20 p.m. in the 1700 block of 30th Street.

Police responded to the area and discovered a man dead inside a vehicle. The victim has been identified as 28-year-old Cody Moreno. Police are still investigating the case.
