Man Accepts Plea Agreement for Possession of Child Pornography
A Lubbock man accepted a plea deal in federal court on Friday (July 20) for possession of child pornography.
KAMC News reports in October 2017, a detective with the Plano Police Department discovered that someone was downloading pornographic images of an underage girl in Lubbock.
Authorities conducted a search warrant at a home in the 5800 block of 95th Street, owned by Luke Aaron Long. During the search authorities found the explicit image on a laptop owned by Long.
Court records say this is not a “complete accounting of all the facts and events” but is enough to factually support the plea deal.
If a federal judge accepts the plea deal, Long faces no more than 10 years in prison.
