Lubbock's party scene is about to go to a 100 once these new sushi boats launch.

From the owner who brought us the amazing MAI THAI Kitchen, Chef Brandon Sisomphou has done it again, With his passion for Asian Cuisine and providing quality food he wanted to elevate the game.

He said he loves sushi and remembers Dallas offering these amazing boats and he wanted to bring the boujee here. He decided to take mentorship from experienced Chef Lee who happens to be a hibachi and sushi chef. Now Chef Sisomphou is proud and excited to launch SUSHIIO Catering providing Sushi Boats for parties, gatherings, and events.

He wanted a way to bring other food besides what we see to parties. This is a unique way tp spice up your get-together and impress your guest, family, customers, or staff.

"I went out for sushi one night and thought, when do you ever see sushi catered to a get-together or a party? Then I was like, what if there was a boat full of sushi at a party you hosted? Ditch the cheese and crackers! People would swarm the boat," said  Sisomphou.

This is a great idea for a birthday party, graduation party, company meeting, wedding or even surprising your date or significant other with a sushi boat. I mean I would love it. I mean just look at that thing.

So how does it work? Customers can reach out to SUSHIIO about their event. They will collect info on what they would like to order, the date/time and where it’s going to be delivered. There will be medium and large boats available. Boats are picked up after the event or later time. It’s a pretty simple process. They will have 8 medium boats and 4 large boats to start. The sushi will come in different varieties as you see below.

They are currently waiting on the boats to come in and we will run a couple of test runs to get feedback and reviews for marketing then they will start taking orders

You can find out more about them on their Facebook page. They are even doing a fun giveaway right now for some people to win them for free.
