Every week the community of Lubbock surprises me in a good way. They are always helping to step up and help others. If you're wanting to help others and get some good food, your best bet is at Beef 'O' Brady's this Saturday.

The restaurant is hosting a fundraiser in their parking lot to raise money for the Uvalde, Texas victims fund, and they need your help. If you're wanting to get a burger, a bag of chips and a beer or soda for $10, this is your chance. It's a great price and 100 percent of the money raised will be sent back to Uvalde to help the victims of the recent mass shooting that claimed the lives of 19 children and 2 adults at Robb Elementary.

Beef 'O' Brady's has been serving the Lubbock community since 2007 and is locally owned and operated. They're stepping up to help the families in need in Uvalde after previously helping the Lubbock community.

"We felt the impact and we were desperate to do something to help. Not only will we try our best to raise money for victim expenses, but we are also raising awareness for the needs of the Uvalde community," said Micah Sparks with Beef 'O' Brady's.

It's super easy to help. Beef 'O' Brady's employees will be grilling up some delicious food in their parking lot and you get all of it for only $10. We all need lunch on Saturday, and this is the place you should get it if you'd like to help a great cause.

The fundraiser will be held on Saturday, June 11th, 2022 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 5510 4th Street, Suite 280 in Lubbock, Texas. You can find out more about this restaurant on their website or check out their Facebook event here.
