Lubbock Police Arrest Man Suspected of Shooting Lubbock Teen

Lubbock Police have arrested a suspect in the shooting death of a 17-year-old.
According to an LPD news release, early Wednesday morning, April 6, members of the Texas Anti-Gang Center helped LPD officers arrest 22-year-old murder suspect Derik Edmond.
He’s accused of shooting and killing 17-year-old Christopher Jolly on Monday, April 4, in the 200 block of Zenith Avenue.
Edmond is currently booked in the Lubbock County Detention Center on a $200,000 bond.
