Lubbock Moonlight Musicals Presents The Stage Production ‘Tarzan’ [INTERVIEW]

On Friday's Chad Hasty Show, Robin Henson from Lubbock Moonlight Musicals joined Chad in the KFYO studio to share information about their stage production, "Tarzan", happening this weekend and next weekend, January 6-8 and 13-15, 2017, at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center Theater.

Tarzan is based on the Disney film and features the film's music, as well as more that was written specifically for the stage version. The score was written by Phil Collins, and will all be performed by the live orchestra.

While discussing the impact of stage production, Henson said,

When parents are thinking about, 'Do I spend money on a ticket for my six year-old?' Yes. They will remember this. It is really interesting to talk to people who are in their 60s and 70s, and remember something that they saw when they were eight, on the stage, and how much that impacted them.
