Thursday on The Chad Hasty Show Marc Lotter, policy analyst and former Special Assistant to President Trump, joined the broadcast to talk about the confirmation hearings for Brett Kavanaugh, President Trump's nominee for the Supreme Court Justice.

Lotter and Hasty discussed the overt grandstanding of Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ) and others who are using the hearings to create more dissension and harden the image of widespread disunity in the country.

About the purpose of the Left's positioning on President Trump's continuing positive progress and accomplishments, Lotter said,

What they're trying to do is to divide Americans and making people afraid someone who actually stands up for the rule of law and how the Constitution is written. It really just undermines everything that they're doing right now, including their radical run towards angry socialism. It's more based on dividing people, making people afraid of things, because they can't win the argument when you look at the economy, when you look at jobs, people's paychecks...these are the things that the president said he was going to get done, and he's doing it.
