Liz Harrington Says Today Is A Sad And Historic Day In America

Liz Harrington, National Spokesperson for the RNC joined The Chad Hasty Show on Wednesday to discuss the latest in the House impeachment of President Trump. Democrats in the House are widely expected to impeach President Trump on Wednesday, but that doesn't mean the President will be removed from office.

After the articles of impeachment are voted on, a trial will take place in the Senate and just about everyone believes impeachment will fail in the Senate.

Harrington called today a "sad" day due to how the the Democrats have moved forward on impeachment. She also said that today will be "historic" because it will be the day House Speaker Nancy Pelosi began to lose her gavel.

Harrington told KFYO that the American people are against impeachment and that the President and the GOP will come back stronger because of this.
