Thursday on The Chad Hasty Show, Lance Lemmonds, deputy director of The Coalition for Public Safety, joined Chad to discuss the mission of the organization.

The Coalition for Public Safety is a bi-partisan, non-profit organization partnership working to reform the United States criminal justice system to make it more effective, just and fair while reducing criminal recidivism.

Other organizations in the partnership include Americans for Tax reform, NAACP, the Center for American Progress, the American Civil Liberties Union, Freedom Works, Right on Crime.

"We're making it easier and better for ex-offenders to reenter society so that they don't come back into the [criminal justice] system later," Lemmonds said.
