Montana State is coming to Lubbock, Texas on Saturday, and the Bobcats are going to be a tough match up as far as FCS opponents go.

Head coach Jeff Choate has the Bobcats ready to play against a Big 12 opponent. The opposing coach loves the saying, "Drag them into deep water," according to Jason Alvine from the Bobcats Broadcasting team.

Alvine joined The Rob Breaux Show this week to talk about the team.

According to Alvine, the Montana State Bobcats are a tough team that wants to run the ball and use ball control to their advantage. If Texas Tech doesn't have the ball, they can't score. It sounds simple. It's hard to execute, but the Montana State team is ready to do it and has been executing their plan for several years under Coach Choate.

Matt Wells, on the other hand, is in Year One here at Texas Tech.

Speaking of Texas Tech coach Matt Wells, in the video above he gives a really succinct recap of the Montana State Bobcats, mentioning the offensive line and Troy Anderson.

Those things were echoed by Alvine, who added RB Isaiah Infanse, WR Willie Patterson, WR Kevin Kassis as a players to watch on offense, and Jahque Alleyne, a transfer from Virginia Tech, on defense.
