Kazianis Shares Predictions For Nuclear Weapons Summit

Harry Kazianis, Director of Defense Studies at the Center for the National Interest, joined The Chad Hasty Show on Friday to talk about the nuclear weapons summit scheduled to take place on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 in Singapore.

Kazianis and Hasty discussed the many possibilities, and Kazianis shared his predictions for the meeting between President Donald J. Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

About President Trump's expectations for any deal reached in the negotiations, Kazianis said,

Just like anything Chad, there's a price. And it's those nuclear weapons and long range missiles, but that's the price. And the North Koreans are going to have to think about this and say, 'Do we really want to give up these nukes'. I don't think they will but, we're going to have to see.
