Wednesday on The Chad Hasty Show, Jody Barnes, candidate for Lubbock County Constable Precinct 2 joined Chad in the KFYO studio to talk about his campaign for the office.

Barnes talked about his background experience including time in law enforcement and EMS, and his goals when elected to office, including use and care of taxpayer funds and equipment.

When asked by Hasty why voters should chose him for Constable, Barnes said,

Taking better care of our taxpayer money [and] making sure that we spend that responsibly, make good decisions, and are not careless with equipment and things that we buy. And to promote that community policing. [There are] many ways that we can become involved, you know, you see different things going on in the community, I think it's pertinent that we get involved in that in law enforcement.
