Jim Landtroop Hopes To Phase Out Property Taxes [INTERVIEW]

On the Tuesday edition of The Chad Hasty Show, Jim Landtroop, candidate for State Representative House District 84, joined the broadcast from the KFYO studio to talk about his run for the office and many issues important in the race.

One of the issues that people are not considering as a top priority that he would like to see brought forward, Landtroop said is,

Property taxes. We've got to phase those out, quite honestly. You know, in the state of Texas, I think one of your primary rights, is to own property. But in the state of Texas, you may not have a bank note, but you still don't own your property. Because if you don't pay your property taxes, guess what happens.

Other issues discussed were sanctuary cities, Texas Tech University's new veterinary school, and Landtroop's goals & priorities if elected:
