Jerry Reynolds Test Drives the 2018 GMC Terrain
Thursday on KFYO Mornings The Car Pro Jerry Reynolds joined Dave King and Matt Martin to talk about his test drive of the week in the 2018 GMC Terrain, GMC's smallest SUV that isn't all that small.
Jerry started the review for the car saying that it is actually pretty roomy inside. Even with 4 people in the car it still has a good amount of cargo room, especially considering that you can fold down the back seats and passenger seat. Jerry said that the car performs pretty well, getting about 39 miles to the gallon on the highway. The downside to the vehicle for Jerry was the automatic start/stop system. The car's engine shuts off at stoplights and picks back up when you let your foot off the brake, saving around 10% of your fuel. Jerry comments that he's usually fine with vehicles that allow you to disable this feature, but on this car, "It's pretty doggone annoying...You get tired of it." The car has a $37,000 window sticker.
Jerry also talked about an article on his website this week, the Top 25 Selling Vehicles So Far This Year. The Ford F150 still comes in at number 1, the Chevy Silverado at number 2, and for the first time the Nissan Rouge beats out Ram's Truck.
