Thursday on KFYO Mornings with Dave King and Matt Martin the Car Pro Jerry Reynolds joined Dave and Matt to talk about his test drive of the week, the resurgence of midsize trucks, and other auto industry news.

This week Jerry Reynolds was driving the 2018 GMC Canyon Denali Crew Cab 4x4, a truck introduced a few years ago that is the sister truck to the Chevy Colorado. Reynolds made a point of the resurgence of mid sized trucks, with this one fitting right in to that point. Jerry said it was a nice truck, and good for people that don't need to haul a ton around, or those turned off by the idea of having a huge truck. With the window sticker price of $44,000, this truck may not be for those trying to save money, but if you are looking for something easier to drive that still has some function, this could be for you.

Jerry also talked about some articles on his website carprousa.com, such as a story asking the question if paying cash at a car dealership will save you money, to which the answer seems to be that this isn't the case anymore with dealerships preferring that you finance. Also on his website are reviews for the Yukon Denali, the Mitsubishi Outlander, and more.
