Jennifer Simek Talks About Edible Weeds [VIDEO]

On Friday's edition of Lubbock's First News with Tom Collins and Laura Mac, Jennifer Simek joined the show to talk about the upcoming edible weeds seminar.

Alexander Nichols will be making the presentation, which begins at 10:00 a.m on Saturday, April 11, 2015. Nichols will advise on what weeds are edible, and how to identify them. The event will be held at the Lubbock Memorial Arboretum 42nd St. & University Avenue, no RSVP required.
