Hockley County Teen Arrested for the Murder of His Father

As of Monday (June 12), authorities in Hockley County made an arrest in a recent murder case.

KAMC News reports 18-year-old Payden Shaine Allen (pictured) has been arrested and charged with murder in connection with the shooting death of his father, 47-year-old Brandon Allen.

Brandon Allen’s body was found at a residence in the 6800 block of Nevada Road, near Anton.

Payden Allen is currently in custody at the Hockley County Jail in lieu of a $250,000 bond.
