Gina Parker: Texas Does Not Want Activist Judges On Courts [INTERVIEW]
Thursday on The Chad Hasty Show, Gina Parker, candidate for Texas Court of Criminal Appeals Place 3, joined the broadcast to discuss her experience and qualifications for the seat.
Parker shared her background and passion for the job, emphasizing her conservative credentials and values.
While talking about her beliefs on how judges should operate in the court system Parker said,
We do not want activist judges. We want judges that are going to uphold the rule of law, and never legislate from the bench.
