Former city councilman Frank Morrison is challenging precinct one county commissioner Bill McCay in the Republican primary. On Lubbock’s First News on KFYO, Morrison was asked about the number one issue on the minds of voters.

“The primary issue is they don’t feel like they’ve been represented.  During the campaign cycle, everything’s fine.  Everybody get’s their voice.  After that, the officials go and do whatever they want to.”

Morrison supports having  nighttime meetings that are televised.
