Frank Gutierrez Talks About Hispanic Voter Participation [INTERVIEW]
Monday on The Chad Hasty Show, guest host Steve Evans interviewed Frank Gutierrez, Republican candidate for Lubbock County Commissioner, Precinct 3. Evans and Gutierrez discussed many topics pertaining to the position, including Gutierrez's military service, political history, Hispanic population growth in Texas, and the low voter participation of Hispanic voters in the GOP.
When asked by Evans why he is running for Commissioner, Gutierrez replied, "I'm running in the Republican primary essentially to build on the minority participation in the Republican Party."
