Names have been released in the fatal I-27 accident on Thursday. 28 year old driver Felipe Rodriquez allegedly fled from police at high speeds on I-27 after an officer tried to pull him over for an expired registration sticker.

As Rodriquez attempted to exit I-27, his vehicle became airborne, struck a telephone pole and the top of a house, and then rolled over, flinging at least one passenger from the vehicle. Three of the vehicle’s occupants including the driver, 45 year old Raymond Rodriguez and 23 year old Jonathan Trevino are in critical condition. The fourth occupant, 44 year old Joseph Chance, was pronounced dead. One of the survivors told authorities that the four had been drinking all morning.
