It's one of the big traditions in Lubbock. The Lubbock Lions Club Pancake Festival. This year's festival will be the 67th annual and it seems to get bigger and bigger every year.

The Pancake Festival is held on Saturday, February 16th from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. which means you have a ton of time to fill up on all you can eat pancakes and sausage. The event is held at the Lubbock Civic Center and if you don't have tickets yet, have no fear because they can be purchased at the door for $7.

During the festival there will be live entertainment, face painting, and balloons that can be purchased. One of the best things about the Lubbock Lions Club Pancake Festival is that it is truly a community event. You will people from all over the city that attend.

If you see a long line, don't worry too much as the line does move quickly. In the past, lines have been shorter in the afternoon compared to first thing in the morning.
