Friday on The Chad Hasty Show, Roger Clegg, General Counsel of the Center for Equal Opportunity at the Regulatory Transparency Project, joined the program to talk about political correctness and discrimination in college admissions in the United States.

Glegg and Hasty discussed the problems of discrimination and actions taking place across the United States, including occurrences at Texas Tech University.

During the interview, Clegg said,

Americans come in all different shapes and sizes and colors...Everybody should be treated without regard to race, or what country their ancestors came from. And that applies to old fashioned discrimination, but it also applies to the new politically correct discrimination...There's nothing wrong with diversity, but the question is whether we ought to be engaging in discrimination, because that's what's going on, in order to achieve a politically correct racial and ethnic balance.
