Did The Lubbock Police Do a Good Job Stopping Fireworks in Your Neighborhood? [POLL]

It is illegal to set off fireworks within city limits. However, that didn't stop everyone in Lubbock from setting off fireworks in their neighborhood. Prior to July 4th the Lubbock Police asked citizens to call in noise complaints but not to use 911. Did the Lubbock Police do a good job reacting to fireworks in your neighborhood?
