If you've been listening to KFYO and Lubbock's First News than you know about the bounce house issue. A group of neighbors at Wagner Park in Lubbock have been upset and angry about Bounce Houses for the last two years and on Wednesday, after weeks of debate, the Lubbock City Council voted 5-2 to restrict Bounce Houses. The devices can no longer be used at all parks because apparently they produce too much noise. You can read more about the details from Cole Shooter and KFYO News here.

Personally, I think the City Council wasted time and energy on a non-issue. Sorry folks, but they are public parks and on occasion, you will hear noise. The council should have left the issue alone and moved on to larger problems.

What do you think about the council's decision? Was it the right one? Should they have even brought it up for debate? Let us know in today's LFN Poll of the Day.
