A National Aviation Hall of Fame recipient will speak at Texas Tech this week.

Dick Rutan will speak at the Lanier Auditorium at the Texas Tech School of Law, located at 18th Street and University Avenue at 7 p.m. Thursday, September 27th.

Rutan is visiting Tech as part of the Vietnam Center and Archive Guest Lecture Series.
