David Nelson On The Importance Of Court Not Legislating From Bench [INTERVIEW]

Tuesday on The Chad Hasty Show, David Nelson joined Chad in the KFYO studio to talk about his candidacy for Judge of County Court at Law #3. Nelson and Hasty discussed his history, experience, and his views on the court and it's purpose.

While describing what he believes he would bring to the court, Nelson said,

I think I would bring a philosophy to that court that would make sure that it doesn't legislate from the bench, that would make sure...that court applies the facts, the law, rules on it, and moves on.That's what a trial court judge should do, that's what I think I can do and will bring to that court.
