Dan Seale on High Plains Underground Water District Election [VIDEO]

Dan Seale, candidate for District Director of the High Plains Underground Water District  Precinct 1, joined Monday's The Chad Hasty Show on KFYO discussing reasons voters should support him in the upcoming election.

Seale talked about many details in the issue of regulation and metering of irrigation water wells, and who own the water below landowner's property.

"I believe that this is going to be one of the most important races in Water District history," said Seale.
