Congressman Randy Neugebauer Talks Supercommittee Failure on Lubbock’s First News [AUDIO]

On Monday's edition of Lubbock's First News, Congressman Randy Neugebauer talked with Chad and Rex about the latest stories coming out of Washington.

Neugebuaer said he was not surprised about the supercommittee announcing a failure. He said the committee might come up with a "mini-plan," but that there may still be some fallout from the failure . Neugebauer said that the president also needs to be more upfront and bring his plans to the table if he really wants to help.

"It appears that the only place the President wants to talk about his ideas is behind closed doors where he can spin what he thinks other people are saying about what his ideas are."
