On Monday's edition of Lubbock's First News, Congressman Randy Neugebauer joined Chad and Rex to talk about President Barack Obama's decision to pull troops out of Iraq in time for the holidays.

Congressman Neugebauer said he was concerned that the move might be too premature. He said that the Iraqi people may not have all the necessary tools to defend themselves yet, and he suspects the move might be more politically motivated. He also talked about Herman Cain and his "9-9-9" plan, calling it an "interesting concept" and one worth debating a little more.

You can listen to Congressman Randy Neugebauer Mondays at 7:35 on Lubbock's First News.
