Congressman Randy Neugebauer spoke with Chad and Rex on Monday's edition of Lubbock's First News.

Neugebauer talked about the upcoming GOP debate, and who he thinks might be in the running. He also gave his opinion on the Anthony Wiener scandal and stated that he thinks Weiner should resign. Neugebauer also talked about the Agriculture Committee and the Farm Bill.
