On Monday's edition of Lubbock's First News, Congressman Randy Neugebauer joined Chad to catch up on all the latest out of Washington.

When asked about Lybia and the situation in the Middle East, Congressman Neugebauer said the future of that country can only be determined by what happens after Gadhalfi has been thrown out for good. He also said that before the U.S. becomes any more involved in the Middle East, we should ask ourselves what our goal is in the Middle East and what the outcome would be if we became more involved.

Neugebauer also spoke about the current GOP candidates, predicting that there probably will not be anymore late entries to the GOP field, and that it looks like Texas Governor Rick Perry is the front runner right now.

You can listen to Congressman Randy Neugebauer on Mondays at 7:35 on Lubbock's First News.
