Deputy Director of Emergency Management Announced
The City of Lubbock has announced the appointment of Joe Moudy as Deputy Director of Emergency Management.
Moudy is a 13 year veteran of the Lubbock Police Department. During his tenure with the LPD, Moudy served in the Field Services, Investigative Services, and the Support Services bureaus.
In addition to his public safety experience, Moudy brings a vast amount of technological and communications systems knowledge and experience.
Moudy officially assumes his duties today. (March 19th)
