Central Texas Teacher Accused of Having Sex with 13-Year-Old Student

A Central Texas teacher has been accused of sexual assault after having sex with a 13 and a 14 year old boy. 32-year-old Holly Lopez of Pfugerville was charged Thursday with aggravated sexual assault and having an inappropriate relationship with a student.

Lopez, a special education teacher at Lexington Middle School, was supposed to be tutoring the younger boy in math. She is suspected of providing condoms and having sex with both boys in the older child's home February 11th.

The school district had no comments as of Thursday afternoon.
