CATS Playhouse to Host Production of Steel Magnolias [Audio]

Wednesday on Lubbock's First News, Beth Brown of the Children and Adults Theatrical Studios (CATS) Playhouse gave details on the upcoming production of Steel Magnolias.

Steel Magnolias, written by Robert Harling, tells the stories of ladies spending time and talking at a beauty salon. This production is directed by Cornelius Brown. She said, "We are just having a blast... Cornelius has got so much experience under his belt. He's done over 20 shows. The cast has just been wonderful, just excellent."

It will be shown at 7:30 p.m. on April 4-5, 11-13, and 18-19. Tickets are $14, or $12 for students and seniors and can be purchased through the CATS website.
